Our daily practices will be Ashtanga Yoga in the traditional Mysore style, a method that integrates breath, movement, and awareness within a progressive sequence adapted to each individual.
Through personalized guidance within a shared space, each practitioner develops a deeper and more conscious relationship with their practice, while respecting their own pace and process.
Beyond the postures, we see the practice as an art of cultivating presence, the ability to listen, and sensitivity. A space to observe ourselves with greater clarity and recalibrate our relationship with the body, the breath, and ourselves.
If you’ve never experienced this way of practicing, this may be your invitation to begin. It can also be an opportunity to return to your practice if you’ve stepped away and feel you need a little push—or perhaps you’re ready to deepen your practice and share this journey with others who are walking the same path of self-discovery.
THE HOUSES

DROP IN was created by a Swiss family who fulfilled their dream of moving to Santa Teresa in 2013. Drop In is a small complex of houses and villas built in complete harmony with the surrounding environment, combining Swiss quality with a strong commitment to caring for the environment.
As a group, we will be staying in the two largest houses in the complex. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, each house has its own pool, and there are spacious shared areas surrounded by the jungle. We’re just a 5-minute walk from the beach and the center of Santa Teresa.
For more than 10 years, yoga teachers from all over the world have been hosting retreats and yoga trips at Drop In. Our shala is located within the complex and has space for up to 24 people.
If you’re looking for a relaxed, peaceful, and healthy experience, you’ve come to the right place.

Daniela Rossel
I’m a yoga teacher and Ashtanga Yoga practitioner from Chile. I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years and teaching for over a decade.
My journey has been guided by an ongoing relationship with body language, movement, curiosity, and study.
Along the way, I have explored yoga from different perspectives. I practiced Vinyasa and Iyengar, and studied Therapeutic Yoga, Pre- and Postnatal Yoga. For several years, I practiced, trained, and taught at Ashtanga Yoga Chile, and studied in Mysore, India, with Sharath Jois.
In 2021, I founded Ashtanga Yoga Sur in Puerto Varas, and more recently, Ashtanga Yoga Costa in Maitencillo. Both projects have shared the intention of creating spaces for observation, introspection, and regulation through the simplicity and depth of Ashtanga Yoga, understanding the practice as an accessible space that can support different bodies, experiences, and stages of life.

I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and began teaching in 2017. My journey as a teacher began in Chamonix, France, where I guided Integral and Vinyasa Yoga classes outdoors. Shaped by a nomadic lifestyle and a deep connection to mountain sports, Ashtanga entered my life in early 2021 and has been an integral part of my path ever since.
Today, I share the practice with respect and humility, guiding from a therapeutic and accessible approach that welcomes all bodies, both online and in person at Casa Agni Yoga Shala located in Bend (OR) United States.
Alongside yoga, I am an Ayurveda Therapist and the founder of Tribu Alma Travel (since 2021), a space where I create transformative experiences and journeys around the world.
